What is your shipping policy?
Stevie offers standard and express shipping via Fedex and USPS and can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to arrive depending on your order and location.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, Stevie can only be purchased in the US. But fret not—if you live elsewhere and are interested in Stevie, email us and you'll be first to hear from us when this changes.
What is your return policy?
We think Stevie's pretty cool and hope you do too. But we get it—if you aren’t happy for any reason, just send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll issue a refund for products returned to us within 30 days of original receipt that haven’t been used or damaged. We must receive the item in its original condition and packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
